Flint was born via our first product, The Rechargeable Lighter, from our desire to use not just any old lighter, but a lighter that was practical, sustainable, and beautiful.

Lighters had always been a mere after-thought: pure function. But we wanted a world where we would no longer be filling our drawers with stray matchboxes or undesirable, plastic lighters. We wanted to create home essentials that elevated the experience of ritual and routine, without compromising on form or function.
